In this place, the beds are incredibly comfortable and there is central heating along with a flat-screen TV showing satellite channels.

We got exceptional value for our money at Palazzo Doria Napoli. The room was magnificent, with high ceilings, luxurious furnishings, and a balcony that provided a wonderful retreat. The location was great, easily accessible to the bustling city, yet it felt like a private oasis. The staff, especially Alfredo and Maria, were helpful and made us feel at home.

I had the most enchanting stay at a historical palace in Naples. The moment I walked into Palazzo Doria Napoli, I was transported to a refined and elegant era. Sipping on a delightful Prosecco during check-in set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The meticulously restored common rooms from the 1800s were like stepping into a bygone time. Standing on the balcony where Garibaldi once gave his address added to the sense of being part of something magnificent. The rooms on the Nobel floor were exquisitely decorated, and I felt like royalty. The hosts, Danilo and Alfredo, were extraordinary. They were always ready to go above and beyond, whether it was brewing an espresso or suggesting the best local restaurant. The beauty of the Palazzo combined with their professionalism made my stay truly enchanting. The breakfast room was spectacular, with breathtaking Murano glass chandeliers. The room itself was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and antique furniture. Despite the central location, the noise from the city didn't bother me, but earplugs were provided just in case. The only minor issue was the lack of clear signage at the entrance, but the staff promptly contacted me and greeted me outside once I had wifi. I can't recommend Palazzo Doria Napoli enough. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better - it's in a prime spot for exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and filled with museum-quality art and objects, making you feel like you're staying in a palace. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay special, with little touches like offering Prosecco during check-in. The breakfast may not have a huge variety, but the quality is excellent.

Although the front desk staff are helpful, their availability is limited. Sometimes you may have to wait for assistance as there is only one person on duty most of the time.

The residence has a rich history, lovely staff, and astonishingly beautiful surroundings. We had the pleasure of meeting the gracious owner who took the time to chat with us. The genuine hospitality and focus on company make this a truly special place to stay. We regret only having one night, as we could have easily stayed longer.
